Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the YTC ISETS Online Application system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this service.

Eligibility

To use this service, you must:

• Be of Indigenous ancestry
• Have a valid treaty number that can be verified
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Meet the specific eligibility requirements for the programs you are applying to

Account Registration

When you create an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Your treaty number will be verified during the first login

Application Process

When submitting an application:

• All information provided must be truthful and accurate
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any program
• Program availability and eligibility are subject to change
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information
• Applications are reviewed in accordance with program criteria and available funding

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' accounts
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

YTC ISETS and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
