The YTC ISETS Online Application system collects personal information necessary to process your application for employment and training programs. This includes:
- Personal identification information (name, date of birth, treaty number)
- Contact information (email address, phone number, mailing address)

- Program preferences and service requests
- Other information relevant to program eligibility and service delivery
How We Use Your Information

- Process and evaluate your application for ISETS programs and services
- Determine your eligibility for specific programs and funding

- Coordinate program and service delivery with partners

Information Sharing
Your information may be shared with:
- YTDF-ASETS and sub-agreement First Nations partners
- Other ASETS holders and Sub-Agreement holders
- Alberta Human Services and Service Canada
- Program and service delivery partners
The Privacy Act of Canada restricts sharing of personal data unless written permission is first obtained from the client. By signing the registration, authorization is given to YTDF-ASETS to share only information required by partners in program and service delivery.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes secure data storage, encrypted transmission, and restricted access to personal information.
